Custom Woodwork Craftsman
Who We Are:
Lynn Floyd Architectural Millwork is a 40+ year proven leader in high-end custom doors, historic wood windows and mouldings. A classic sash and door shop with state-of-the-art tooling and technology, Lynn Floyd Architectural Millwork is committed to continuing the legacy of its founder with skill, creativity and passion for the craft. We are looking for skillful, experienced woodworking craftsmen to join our team at our new facility near Love Field.
What You Will Do:
- Build fine custom doors and windows, with old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art equipment
- Create beautiful woodwork step by step – from rough lumber to finished product
- Set up advanced machinery and joinery (shapers, moulders, CNC, insert tooling, mortise & tenon)
- Utilize standard woodworking equipment daily (saws, jointer, planer, sanders, routers)
- Continue to master old-school hand tools as needed (chisels, squares, planes, hand saws)

Outside Sales – Windows & Doors
Who We Are:
Davis-Hawn Lumber Company, part of the Reichert Woodworks family of companies, has partnered with Dallas’ finest high-end custom home builders and remodelers for over 100 years. We are looking for great people to help lead and grow our Dallas-based window and door business with passion and engagement, providing excellent customer service, growing sales, and using their product knowledge to increase customer loyalty.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and solicit sales to builders, remodelers, and architects
- Create value propositions that resolve project complications and result in customer confidence
- Develop relationships to discover new projects and establish a network for sales leads.
- Develop and maintain a method of market and project monitoring
- Demonstrate teamwork with inside support, operations, suppliers, and installers
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent architectural window and door sales experience.
- Working knowledge of the residential building process and building codes.
- Skill in setting and conducting consultative meetings with builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, or design professionals.
- Able to read and interpret architectural building plans and specifications.
- Ability to measure onsite for window and doors and perform first response service requests.
