Porches, Balconies and Railings
Hardwood porches, balconies and railings provide relaxing outdoor spaces for family and friends. We have the ability to cut and mill beams and boards as large as 12” by 24”. All you have to do is bring us your design or schematics, and we’ll cut all the wood to your specifications.
Timbers
When you need custom timbers for your next indoor or outdoor home improvement project, let us know. We have the ability to cut timbers and beams as large as 12” by 24”. Just choose your preferred wood. We have the ability to work with oak, redwood, cedar, cypress and Douglas fir.

Custom wood turnings add a unique feature that make your architectural millwork stand out! The talented team at Davis Hawn architectural millworks can design and manufacture custom turnings to fit your individual home or project needs. We were lucky enough to have one original column which Davis-Hawn was able to copy and make identically. And then all of the detailed missing parts that had been salvaged over the years were able to reproduce off of other similar existing houses…Everything we needed: porch rails, trim mouldings you guys were able to reproduce all of it.
